1. Brief:
Send us your project brief in as much detail as possible. Provide us with product specifications and the sign locations along with any assets supplied by your client.
2. Quote:
We will provide a quote range based on the brief provided. This will cover the first draft and up to three sets of amendments.
3. First draft:
We aim to deliver the first draft design within 2 working days. We can present the design in your own branded templates, either directly to your client, or via your company.
4. Amends:
We will make amendments to the design at your clients request. We allow for three sets of changes but may extend to more if the requests are reasonable.
5. Invoice:
Payment is due on approval. We will deliver raw artwork files when payment is received. Regular customers may be eligible for weekly or monthly credit accounts.
5b. File supply:
On request, we can also supply print & cut ready files, tailored to your specific machinery requirements. The cost for this is usually an additional 50% on top of the design cost.
